About Cardio Boxing

Cardio boxing is a very intense total body workout. Our head trainer CJ has been a boxer since age 15. Not only will you get a cardio dense workout, but you will also sharpen your skills and awareness when in public/dangerous situations. Boxing by the Athletic Body Solution method will raise your heart rate, raise your metabolism, and make you sweat. We guarantee that after completing a week of cardio intensive boxing, you will sleep better and also feel more energized throughout the day. A typical boxing workout consists of your trainer demonstrating a couple of boxing techniques – you follow the sequence. In between each boxing sequence you elevate your heart rate by engaging in boxing training methods.

At Athletic Body Solution, your trainer/coach will work with you according to your height, weight, body type, medical conditions, and allergies to come up with a food plan that helps get you to your goals in a timely fashion.
